!!! STOP AND READ !!! I have installed their IR Glass awning through them last year in May 2024 and this is my experience. I believe many of these good reviews are pictures that have just completed. I agree that it looks good when completed but after that it is a nightmare. Less than a year, I have had 2 cracks from the exact same location. Which i believe is due to installation issue being too near to the wall. 1st one is 3 months after installation. 2nd crack is 5 months after replacement. When i reached out to the salesperson, he refused to come and check what has caused the crack and insisted is something that fell from my roof that crack the glass. He compared it with his car windscreen cracked by a stone while driving. Insisted that i have to pay for the replacement. I Spoke to the director, he gave me the reasons from a google search. Does not seem very experienced or professional if they give me google answers. He also tried to blame it on the 2 small nails i have nailed to my wall which was there before the 2nd crack. Not to mention the long waiting for responses, wrong sizes, misalignments and long waiting time (months) before installation / replacement. I don't know if they are purposely installing the glass in a way that it will crack after some time so they can earn some extra money for replacing. So please be aware of this and proceed with caution. Photos and screenshots for reference.
