Important: FindContractor.my is a marketplace platform. We do not provide construction or renovation services directly. All work is performed by independent contractors.

  • Do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or legality of contractor services
  • Are not responsible for disputes between users and contractors
  • Do not control pricing, scheduling, or work performed by contractors

You are solely responsible for evaluating contractors, negotiating contracts, and ensuring all work meets your standards and local regulations.

6. Reviews and Content

When you post reviews or other content on FindContractor.my, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute that content. You represent that:

  • Your content is based on genuine personal experience
  • You own or have rights to any photos or materials shared
  • Your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
