Initial membrane water proofing and roof sealant was completed in July 23. This rainy season roof had leakages in 4-5 locations and water was still ponding in the roof top likely due to membrane blocking the downpipes. Initial call in Jan 25 took Vroof over 2 months to attend a site inspection in Mar. Post inspection they have ghosted me and did not return to rectify the issue. Use Vroof at your own risk. Workmanship is poor and they will dodge your warranty claims. This is dealing with the boss himself (Duncan) who will ghost you and not answer your calls. Absolutely unreliable and cannot be trusted.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the workmanship of the membrane installation. We were experiencing intermittent leaks despite the project being well within the warranty period. Although I have previously provided feedback and requested repairs under the three-year warranty, I have received no response. While membrane solutions typically come with a ten-year warranty, the solution provided here has failed to last even one year.

I conducted a survey of several vendors for waterproofing services and ultimately selected Vroof Waterproofing Enterprise. This decision was primarily based on their prompt response to my initial inquiry and their competitive pricing compared to other competitors. Duncan, the person in charge, provided detailed cost breakdowns for various options and outlined their after-sales service coverage. Ultimately, I opted for the membrane option, which offers superior protection and longevity. It has been over six months since the waterproofing job was completed on my house, and I have not encountered any issues thus far. Duncan has also followed up with me to ensure everything remains in good condition.

Update for the recent incident 2025. Leakage after a year of installating the membrane which is still under warranty. Tried calling many times but they refused to attend the call on the leaking issues. Poor after sale service!! Rather Disappointing. So far ok after the recent re-repair on 23/2/24. Just like to comment that your guys workmanship are quite rough and poor. Cause I can see gaps and peeling at some corner at the roof top. The senior guy who did the cement work is more pro in his work.

Thanks . So far I am happy on the services that Vproof provided . Only issue do an assessment how to prevent the metal grille kena the paintwork before work starts . I believe the team can do better than that .
