I really regret having asked this company to renovate my house. The sales person I dealt with (who has left the company) only care about how much money he could get from me. His knowledge about design and materials are questionable. A lots of my requests are not fulfilled. The craftsmanship is also questionable. I managed to spot some defects before the handover and pushed them to rectify the problems. But after i moved in, I found a lots of other problems. For example, some parts that should be glued were not glued, the board under the sink were cut irregularly and I really wonder whether it can still support the under mounted sink. I reported the defects more than a month ago to the site supervisor, and until now I still got no response from the defect team. I have called the site supervisor a few times, and still going nowhere. Look like the defect team has too much work to deal with and so they cannot handle? I think a lots of problems could have been avoided if they have trained and supervised their workers better.

Stressful aspects of the experience: 1. Communication with senior management regarding the delayed completion was stressful for me 2. I was asked to pay additional costs for issues that I believed arose from poor workmanship • 27 Sept 2025: Confirmed that rectification would be done on 4 Oct 2025 before 11am. • 29 Sept 2025: Informed that additional charges would apply. I disagreed. • 4 Oct 2025 (10:35am): Notified that they were unable to attend This review reflects my personal experience.

I'm the owner of the pulse bandar puteri, engaged with dream houz on the whole condo renovation. throughout the process, encountered multiple issues, slow progress, change of contractors, and end up, 3 months plus of late hadover according to contract. the craftmanship is a big let down, i reported a defects on my yard tiles, multiple hollow tiles have been detected. as a result, i need to re-do the tiles with us already move in, create alot of inconveniences to us. despite the poor management and contractor selection , the defect team did a good job to be fair. the most concern thing about this company now is there integrity, we completed the official handover process, defect reporting, and late handover report with their team two months ago. They said they will process the penalty refund within two weeks but up till now, there isn't any update. the sales person who used to engaged with me has left the company, and yet another manager also left, i'm not sure what's happening now in dreamhouz. what i got is a contact person who called Chris, so called the boss. but this fellow didn't answer any call nor messages. i saw they talk about integrity of the company, but i dont see they take their commitment seriously or even bother to attend to customer. I even feel that they try to run away from contractual commitment. for those who would like to engage with dream houz, please think twice, what we consumer looking for is a honest, quick respond and responsible ID/reno company, but what i experienced with them is, they lack on every aspects.

I would like to thank Eleven & Chris for the wonderful job done. Easy to deal and good workmanship. I would highly recommend their services if any owners wants to renovate their condo .

Thanks for Nic and Icurs responsible to help us settled all the issues from starting to end. They reply is very fast and work is effective, our Renovation all is very nice, they also promise to give change the hood and hob which installed wrong to us. Every is good. Thanks for Dreamhouz
