I have nothing against this company as I don't know the staff but the way they treated me recently was appalling! What I wanted was just a quote and they failed to deliver 1) by not responding to my email when I submitted my requirements, 2) by not responding to my WApp messages when I asked how the quote was going, 3) by not picking up my one and only call and 4) by not replying to my message to call me back. Miraculously when my husband called from his mobile number (different number), she picked up! Upon knowing that my husband was calling on my behalf, she said she's in a meeting and ended up the call and that was it. Never heard from this company again. What's going on? I can only think of sheer arrogance behaviour displayed and lack of basic courtesy. Do you treat all your potential customers like this? It certainly looks like to me. I believe the "professional'' word to describe your service in the reviews a year ago is completely gone. You are not the only interior designer around.
