This team and leader were very professional and prompt and I appreciated their level of professionalism!!! I had two companies look at my air conditioner because it was old and the first one made me wait a week, was 2-4 hours late to every contact and gave unprofessional insight. The time I spent not being able to fix my AC felt like I spent every day in a sauna. Really disappointed with the strength and attitude of the last company. So I sifted through Google maps and found this AC COOL N CARE company. Their professional speed took less than an hour and a half to find out what the problem was and patiently helped me explain what went wrong. The price was reasonable and actionable. Thanks again for the efficient work of their team and good leadership!!! I would be more than happy to recommend this one if my friend has an air conditioning problem.

I strongly not recommend to this service. Their service was okay before, but recently they raised their prices. After paying, I was surprised by the charge increase a lot. I contacted them via WhatsApp to inquire about the price, and they told me it was because the gas filling was previously 20 psi, but this time it was 60 psi (why was 20 psi enough before? Why is it now 60 psi?). Also, is it really necessary to charge RM120 for just an extra 40 psi of gas? They refused to give me a receipt… something's fishy.

Ahmad & Jamshaid did good job to uninstall & reinstall aircond, also chemical servicing airconds. Asked the installation to be done neatly & they delivered, including made sure cable & pipe were also installed neatly. Thank you.
