They were very punctual - arriving even earlier than the scheduled time which I really appreciated as it helped with my work schedule. Initially there was a hiccup in understanding what I needed (w customer service over whatsapp) ie a totally new air-conditioning unit but once the technicians arrived, everything was sorted. They recommended 2 types based on my room requirements, arranged for new one to be delivered, then installed the unit and took away the old one. Very efficient and good service. Highly recommend.
