AC Cool N Cool is hands down the most responsible, professional, and courteous aircond service I’ve dealt with. I hired them to install 5 aircond units in my new condo, and not only was the work top-notch, but their pricing was also reasonable. Recently, I noticed two of the units were slowly getting warmer and suspected there might be a leak. As soon as I raised my concerns, the boss JV and the technician Hassan immediately attended to the issue. They didn't make me wait around—they came over and fixed everything perfectly the very next day. It is rare to find a team this responsive and dedicated to customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a reliable team for complex aircond installations or regular maintenance, look no further. Truly a top-tier service!

Today I finally had my 5 units aircon fixed. I found AC Cool n Cool Engineering from Google! So I WhatsApp for appointments booking. Their customer service response was fast, 24 hours, even at night they will reply WhatsApp message promptly. Hence, I was able to book the servicing appointment even 1 day in advance. Team5 - Shahid & Qasim arrived at our door step on time, very punctual. They even texted 30 mins in advance while they were on their way. Very kind & friendly team, thorough check on all 5 units. Honest advice given on technical part of the units and very fair pricing quoted. They clean the AC professionally with care on our household items. They helped shift sofa & tables away before start working on AC units. Very careful and detailed at cleaning.

Hassan arrived on time, incl free 20psi gas for each aircond but since our aircond hasn’t been service in. Even provide some extra top up for free. Done within 2hours. Fast and efficient.
