His team has always been professional, proactive, and sharp-eyed, often spotting issues even before we did. Recently, when I decided to redesign the bar table corner at home, Mok was the first person who came to mind. I shared just a simple sketch, and he and his team took care of the rest. And honestly? When it comes to home renovations, it is almost guaranteed that there will be disagreements, delays, etc. Accuride Builders did not give me any problems at all. Mok (PM) and Kate (ID) were super professional, detail oriented, meticulous, structured, and most importantly - patient with the client(!) They placed a lot of care to understand the client needs and so reliable to address any queries/concerns with clear explanation and also options for considerations. They show great integrity for eg, arriving early to site visits, coordinating workers to be on standby at all times during the final stages of minor fixings, managing administrative matters and communication, etc throughout the duration of renovation works. These may be small gestures, but it goes a long way to instill deep trust with the client. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and the way they conduct themselves - I could never imagine experiencing renovation that is so stress-free and I look forward to working with them again (just need to buy another property first, lol!)
