Kate (designer) and Mok (project manager) are a great team. They handled all communication and coordination with the sub-contractors, which significant reduced stress and saved time us a lot of time. They were incredibly patient and took the time to truly understand our requirements (especially important as I'm quite a fussy client 😀), offering thoughtful advice on planning and functionality. Their follow-through and attention to details gave me great peace of mind throughout the projects. When it comes to home renovations, it is almost guaranteed that there will be disagreements, delays, etc. Accuride Builders did not give me any problems at all. Mok (PM) and Kate (ID) were super professional, detail oriented, meticulous, structured, and most importantly - patient with the client(!) They placed a lot of care to understand the client needs and so reliable to address any queries/concerns with clear explanation and also options for considerations. They show great integrity for eg, arriving early to site visits, coordinating workers to be on standby at all times during the final stages of minor fixings, managing administrative matters and communication, etc throughout the duration of renovation works. These may be small gestures, but it goes a long way to instill deep trust with the client. I truly appreciate their thoughtfulness and the way they conduct themselves - I could never imagine experiencing renovation that is so stress-free and I look forward to working with them again (just need to buy another property first, lol!)
