Five Stars! Exceptional Diagnostic Skills! I highly recommend this service, especially technician Guru! My premium Panasonic Inverter aircon suffered severe water damage and a short circuit after a terrible experience with a non-reputable cleaner. The unit was completely dead, flashing the H11 communication error, and repeatedly tripping my home's main switch box. Guru came out and handled the issue with absolute professionalism. He used a multimeter to patiently trace the short circuit (performing thorough continuity tests), isolated the problem, and safely vacuumed out the trapped moisture from underneath the compressor PCB board. He also replaced the damaged interconnecting data wires with high-quality, double-insulated outdoor weatherproof cabling, making sure the grey jacket went completely into the units for total safety. Instead of pushing me for an unnecessary and immediate expensive outdoor cleaning, he gave me honest, expert advice: leave the compressor to run normally for a few months so the internal heat can completely dry out any microscopic moisture. The aircon is now running perfectly smooth and blowing ice-cold air. The pricing was (RM500 for complex inverter PCB repair + RM120 for the new wiring). If you want an honest, highly skilled technician who actually understands sensitive inverter electronics, ask for Guru! Thank you so much for saving my aircon!

Had my air conditioner serviced and chemically cleaned by them recently, and I’m very satisfied with the experience. They were professional throughout the entire process, responded promptly, and made scheduling an appointment quick and hassle-free. What I appreciated most was their transparency and courtesy. They were more than willing to let me observe and check on the work being carried out, which gave me confidence that everything was being done properly. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions without issue. Overall, a smooth and professional service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable air conditioning servicing and repairs.
