Excellent and prompt service by Team Guru! They checked the fault and recommended solutions and replaced the aircon unit on the same day. I called many aircon service companies but they were the only ones who responded immediately and completed the works. I would strongly recommend their company and quality of service to everyone. Mr. Guru from Team 1 have performed an excellent service in cleaning the airconds. Although at the beginnint there was a minor hiccups related to the cost of uninstalling an aircond. Yes it is important to communicate with customer about the uninstallation cost of aircond is based on different hp. If this was told at the beginning, then it will not become a surprised, correct?
