The staff are nice and professionals from the initial contact, scheduling, service day, and even after the servicing, the give an update and follow up too. They have the complete tools and capable people. I really appreciate the service and they clean up after too. Rehman (the owner) came with his team to inspect and determine the problem with the malfunctioning aircon unit in my condo apartment. After inspection and discussion about the various alternatives possible, we decided to install a new aircon unit that would have more ready accessible spare sparts. Within 3 hours, Rehman was able to complete the order for the specific model from his supplier and have it installed and running properly. Very dedicated and efficient service, given how close it was to Chinese New Year and the large amount of orders that were probably being processed during this time. The service and installation fee was very reasonable as well in comparison to other contractors that I have worked with in the past.
