Solution provided by aircondxpress is very clear. But service charge and also the spare part is quite expensive . For my case, i need to change new aircond sensor and also top up aircond gas. Total fees is RM330. The sensor alone is RM120 while you can buy this at aircond sparepart for the price below RM20. and gas top up was charged RM210.00. u can just imagine. The only good thing is this service come with 1 month guarantee. i just wish this vendor very well in sustaining your business. Thank you.

Great service & excellent communication. šŖš» The appointment was supposed to be at 12PM, but they called earlier to inform me that they were handling work outside and provided an estimated arrival time. Really appreciate the update as it avoided me wait without knowing. Good work & highly recommend!

I recently engaged AircondXpress for aircond servicing, and Iām very satisfied with their overall service. Their team was punctual, professional, and clearly experienced. They conducted a thorough inspection and cleaning, ensuring that every component was properly serviced. After the servicing, the aircond performance improved significantly ā cooling was faster, and the unit operated much more quietly. What stood out most was their transparency and honesty. They explained the condition of the unit clearly, provided practical recommendations, and did not push for unnecessary repairs or add-ons. The pricing was reasonable and aligned with the quality of service delivered. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend AircondXpress to anyone looking for reliable and efficient aircond servicing.

Staff is quick to accomodate an urgent need to resolve a leaked aircon issue although the company has a tight schedule, it is able to accomodate an urgent request of next day. Staff has ready replacement spareparts i.e. AAA battery and aircon controller. Staff is professional and quick in performing aircon installation and service.
