Great service & excellent communication. 💪🏻 The appointment was supposed to be at 12PM, but they called earlier to inform me that they were handling work outside and provided an estimated arrival time. Really appreciate the update as it avoided me wait without knowing. Good work & highly recommend!

Staff is quick to accomodate an urgent need to resolve a leaked aircon issue although the company has a tight schedule, it is able to accomodate an urgent request of next day. Staff has ready replacement spareparts i.e. AAA battery and aircon controller. Staff is professional and quick in performing aircon installation and service.
