Exceptional Service from a Truly Professional Team! I am absolutely thrilled with the aircon servicing provided by NM Aircond Sdn Bhd. From start to finish, the experience was flawless. While the technicians (Aiman and Zarep) were young, their professionalism was beyond impressive. They took the time to explain the different types of servicing available and made clear recommendations without any hard selling. Throughout the process, they carefully advised me on what they were doing, which gave me a complete idea of what to expect and great peace of mind. What truly stood out was their immense consideration for my home. They were incredibly mindful not to dirty my floors, taking precautions that showed they respect their customers' property as much as their craft. It's rare to find a company with such excellent technicians. Their work ethic and customer service are something to be admired and applauded. I am really happy to have engaged NM Aircond and I sincerely hope they can maintain this high standard. Highly, highly recommended!

Had my home aircon serviced by them and I’m quite happy with the result. The technician was on time, worked quietly and didn’t rush the job. He was friendly and easy to talk to, explaining things along the way, and even pointed out a small issue before it became serious. The aircon feels colder now with no strange smell. Pricing was clear from the start. Would contact them again if needed.

I think that you should not call your company …Xpress because let’s be honest, you cannot come as soon as you are needed. From my experience, it takes you quite a few days to actually come and service air conds. This time, it took six days before Aiman and gang came to clean my daughter’s air cond. They were punctual and did a very good job. I am pleased with their polite ways and they tidied up before leaving, thank you. I give the team today 5 stars. My complaint is not against Aiman and gang, but the company itself which should arrange to respond sooner than 4-6 days after it’s called. Because of that, I had to find some other company which responded more quickly to refill the gas in my son’s air cond.

Overall the service was tiptop! This is my second time using their service. The staff really explained in details of my A/C condition. I can see they are knowledgeable even though there were some challenges they encountered but still managed to solve the issue and they can be trusted. However, I could only rate 4 stars due to my appointment time which was supposed to be at 2pm but they ended up came at 4pm in which I had to cancel my plan for that day 😐. Nevertheless they did a very great job, now my A/C was so cold 🥶.
