I recently installed a folding door from Aluminium King and I’m very satisfied with the overall experience. The aluminium frame feels solid and durable, and the finishing is neat and modern, which fits nicely with my home. The folding mechanism is very smooth and easy to operate. Opening and closing the door is effortless, with no noise or difficulty at all. Overall, the quality and workmanship are excellent. Folding door from aluminium king has been my dream for many years. I had good experience dealing with Azura. I ordered 3 doors and she helped me to install all at once. After installation there were some part loose and she helped sending the technician to service the door immediately. Overall very satisfied with the service and quality of the doors. I m your repeat customer. I did my renovation with your company end of 2023 handled by Lex. Very satisfied. So I contacted him again but he pass it to Wilson to handle. I would like to share my experience with Wilson which is very unprofessional. He came and he saw the actual window and I specifically tell him I need glass windows n mesh and he told me can do with double tracks, one for glass windows and one for mesh windows. And he came back with the price RM3500 (window only) which I asked him again few days ago (after his colleague Ah Hong came to do the final measurements ) if include the contractor touch up RM1500 and he said yes because the second quotation came back cheaper which I fully understood that’s just silicon touch up. Then today he revised the price again and told me if the order below RM5K there will be a delivery charge of RM300. When I confirmed the 2nd quotation of RM4200 (window and shower screen) yesterday, he didn’t even mentioned about the transportation charges. He only mentioned the delivery charge today with 3rd quotation and now the window only cost me RM4580. I have to ask him for details of materials, design and color instead of him initiating these questions with the client before quoting. The 3rd quotation came after I clarified with more details that was not mentioned in 1st and 2nd quotation. I’m very disappointed with Wilson service of keep changing his words! Very unprofessional. I hope he doesn’t do that to other customer. I gave 2 ⭐️ instead of 1 ⭐️ because I’m still satisfied with their last job handled by Lex.
