As a new customer of AMC Engineering Steel, I would like to share my experience. First of all, I sincerely apologize for taking some time to write this review due to my work commitments and daily routine. We first came across AMC Engineering Steel through a Facebook advertisement seen by my husband. We immediately contacted Mr. Faiz to get more information about our house gate. He was very friendly, approachable, and explained every detail clearly. The payment process was also simple and convenient. When it came to the installation, the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The AMC installation team was highly professional and followed all of our requests carefully. Since our gate had a rather unique design, there was a minor installation issue at first. However, the team responded positively, willingly made the necessary adjustments, and ensured everything was completed according to our requirements. The workmanship was excellent. The installation was done with great attention to detail, and we are extremely satisfied with the stainless steel finishing, paint quality, and the overall design of our gate. We would also like to express our appreciation to Ms. Foo, whose excellent customer service truly made us feel valued. Even two months after the installation, she kindly arranged a complimentary house address plate for us, which was a wonderful surprise. After using the gate for two months, we are very satisfied with its security features. Although our gate is manually operated, the locking system is designed with good safety features. It took us a little time to fully understand how to use it, but once we did, we found it to be very easy, practical, and secure. Overall, the gate is beautifully designed, sturdy, and neatly finished. We highly recommend AMC Engineering Steel to anyone looking for a quality gate. Their workmanship, product quality, communication, and customer service—both before and after the installation—are truly outstanding. A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Faiz, Ms. Foo, and the entire installation team for your dedication and excellent service. Really recommended 👍 from the day one AMC team was take initiative for update the progress. Special thank to Consultant Amirul for consultation given to me for decide the material and he did great job on the explanation side. Thank you for Miss soo from customer service team for update me the progress and send video of the progress as well.The installation team was on time and did very clean work. The gate was too nice and detailing. Overall excellent service and product.

I contacted AMC steel thru FB and received immediate response from Ms Foo and En. Zam contacted for measurements appointment asap. He came all the from Johor to measure under Hotsun even though he was on fasting. With their efficiency and saw their previous job via videos made me choose them to install the Gate. En Zam responded on time whenever i have doubts with design, size and the materials. After confirmation Ms foo following up with me and updating me the progress . Finally impressed with 3ppl (Gate installer) their experiences showing their cleanliness of works(i dint ask their name). I would recommend AMC steel gate with open hearts.Attached some photos and special thanks to Ms Foo for the closing message which make me feel “WOW”. 🤗🤗🤗

They did a very good job by providing video updates video in a timely manner. The gate was delivered with proper wrapping to ensure no damage or scratches during transportation. A slight glitch happened during installation, but miss foo was quick enough to solve the issue with her own initiative. Iam satisfied and i highly recommend them.
