When my house had a blackout, I switched on my toilet lamp and the power tripped. I had already bought the lamp myself, but when he came to troubleshoot, he used my new lamp. Even then, he charged me RM200 like, what the heck? He didn’t even buy the lamp, I did. Then he said it was better to check the DB box because there might be a small electrical leakage. I agreed. He checked and said the wiring was messy and needed to be redone. I trusted him. He didn’t replace any wiring at all he just rearranged it and charged me RM500. That is honestly crazy. To make things worse, he went outside and smoked in my garage. Zero common sense. At night, after he fixed everything, the power tripped again when I switched on the toilet lamp. I called him back, and he came the next day to fix it and then asked for another RM150. Seriously? You told me to call you if anything happened, so why am I paying again for your mistake? Really not recommended. I thought supporting local and small businesses would help them, but this experience taught me a lesson: don’t support people like this. Always ask for the price upfront, or you might end up like me losing half of your salary to an overpriced and irresponsible service.

I found the phone number when I searched on Google. The reviews seemed good. But the experience was terrible. I called him just to check the wiring and he said there was a problem with the lights. Parts inside the lights needed to be replaced. So, I asked him to buy them, but he asked for an advance to buy the goods for two lights, which would cost around RM200. I already felt uncomfortable. I didn't dare to give the money upfront, so I only paid the troubleshooting fee of RM70. He said he didn't have change, so I gave him RM100. The next day, I got a call from him. He said he had been to three shops but couldn't find the items. I tried checking for the items on Shopee, the price was not even RM50. So, I went directly to the electrical shop, and found the item in the first shop I visited. My patience started to wear thin. I contacted him again to finish the pending work. He said he could come at any time. His "Malay promise" was to come yesterday or today. So, I messaged him back to inform the exact day and time. He went silent. I waited for him all day yesterday. Only at midnight did he message saying he was busy. I was still patient. Today, my patience is indeed gone. He promised to come between 12 to 2 pm, and I waited like a log, but it was only at 2:30 pm that he contacted me to say he passed the job onto a friend. I was really upset. He must think I have no other work. I just wanted to support our local business, but our people behave like this. I don't know what to say.

12/10! One of our switches tripped, we didn’t know what tripped it but he came over and fixed it within 5 minutes. Didn’t even ask for payment or petrol money but we still did pay him. Will call him for future services for sure! Keep up the good work!
