Visited AmpQuartz Dato Onn recently and had a very pleasant experience. The showroom has a comfortable and modern ambience, which made it easy to explore the different designs and materials. The staff were genuinely friendly and patient. They explained the materials in detail, including the pros and cons, without any pressure to make a decision. I appreciated how clear and informative the explanation was because it helped me understand what would suit my home better. Overall, it felt like a professional yet warm environment. Worth a visit if you are planning renovations or looking for good surface materials.

Paid premium for a so so services, as per my experience 1. Installation for switch socket outlet for my high caninet was not done properly. End up need to fork out more money to get other electrician to fix it 2. Went to this outlet to finalized my table top finishes early as possible after order confirmation, but still dissapointed with NO STOCK excuses. Need another 2 weeks for my quartz stone design that was selected way earlier 3. Again, my switch socket outlet on my backsplash was not properly installed after being dismantled. Need to hire other party to get it finished 4. Free gift being advised upon signing included free pull out kitchen faucet. But I bought my own, so instead, the installer refuse to install my faucet and neither the free one got installed also. So I just installed the faucet myself, since Ampquartz plumber got so busy with their schedule 5. Material delivery was handled poorly, Ampquartz installer bumped and scratched my new safety door frame. They just rub and spot painted it 6. Got annoyed by so many times questioning readiness of my kitchen (Wiring and sanitary piping outlet) after renovation done by my contractor but instead I waited longer for Ampquartz installation and it wasnt done properly though
