I just engaged Antoni and C for my home renovation and had the pleasure of working with Tavia and her team. From the very beginning—site surveys, design discussions, and technical planning—Tavia was incredibly patient. Indeed, we faced some challenges and difficulties with the works. I changed my mind or came up with new design ideas mid-way through the project, She handled it professionally. She gave excellent advice and worked tirelessly to keep us on schedule. Most importantly, she brought my vision to reality while strictly respecting my budget. Thumbs up for Tavia!

Not a pleasant experience renovating our house with this company. At the beginning, Tavia, who assisted us throughout the planning stage, provided good service. As first-time homeowners, we relied on her recommendations, and she took the time to walk us through the drawings and measurements to ensure everything was aligned. However, things started to go downhill as we approached the key collection date on 13 November. We were initially given a timeline indicating the renovation could be completed earlier, but there was eventually a two-month delay due to flooring shipment issues. While this delay was understandable, the handling of the situation thereafter was not. On the supposed handover day, no one reached out to update us. We had to ask for an update in the group chat at around 5pm, only to receive a video showing that the unit was still very much a work in progress and clearly not ready for handover. We were supposed to meet for a proper walkthrough, but instead, we were told to check the unit ourselves. When we arrived at 9pm, the renovation was incomplete. The floor protective film was still in place, the painting was poorly done and clearly rushed, and there was no basic cleaning done. Despite this, we had already arranged a deep cleaning service for the following day. We contacted the PIC and were informed that they could not complete the work on time which is something that was never communicated to us earlier that day when we reached out. They assured us the remaining work would be settled the next day. With many outstanding items still incomplete and our move-in date set for 18 November, we expressed our dissatisfaction. Instead of understanding our concerns, we were questioned as to why we were “so angry.” This response was extremely disappointing for a company in the service industry. It felt as though we were not allowed to voice dissatisfaction despite the mistakes and delays on their end. As of today, there are still unresolved defects. While we understand that they may be handling multiple projects, it does not justify neglecting ours or overpromising on the handover timeline. Overall, this experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
