I dealt with Alvin to get my new awning installed. First impression - not so customer friendly but as we moved deeper into the conversation and provided all details required for him to quote, it went very smoothly. He explained everything that I needed to know, he was very confident with their products and assured me everything will be alright. It sounded a bit too promising to me, but on the day of installation, they did deliver what they committed. It wasn't perfect, but they took my feedback seriously and made it perfect at last. My piece of advice, get ready with all the information like the length, width, your house/premise location, photo of the area you want to install the awning and other information that could be useful before asking for quote to save time for both sides. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and the product. Thank you Alvin and team. Highly recommended if you prefer retractable flexible awning compared to the fixed ones.
