I have to say Balens team is very professional, transparent and well coordinate on the whole renovation duration. Balens team led by Ong Boon Chee ,Rachel, Celine, Yee Xun & Supervisor Zul was in charge of our house renovation..We wanted to change our existing house from a Contemporary to modern design and they understood our needs, planned and executed it very well . They were very accommodating to our ideas and incorporated our demands into their new ideas and gave us what we exactly wanted. Finally we have a "new home" that we are happy to be in. As with all the renovation projects - there will always be expectations and i am glad that we manage to collaborate w each other well. Communication is the key and Balens is very responsive to every arising issues and give quick solutions. The pricing is at the market range for one stop renovation and u save the hassle of dealing w many vendors. Overall can consider them for peace of mind renovation.
