I have engaged Balens Design for my double storey terrace house for old house makeover recently in 2024. I have to say Balens team is very professional, transparent and well coordinate on the whole renovation duration. Well done to Consultant Chee, Designer Yee Xun, Site Supervisor Hafiz and all wet work, electrician, carpentry and defects team in handling my project. I would like to recommend anyone who would like to try out the renovation work with Balens as they are highly accountable, responsible and trusted team.

Balens team led by Ong Boon Chee ,Rachel, Celine, Yee Xun & Supervisor Zul was in charge of our house renovation..We wanted to change our existing house from a Contemporary to modern design and they understood our needs, planned and executed it very well . They were very accommodating to our ideas and incorporated our demands into their new ideas and gave us what we exactly wanted. Finally we have a "new home" that we are happy to be in. It's definitely a team that we would recommend to anyone who is looking for a new make over of existing home or even a new home fornthat matter ...Especially Ong & Zul - always have a smile on their faces to any of our requests/demands ....a definite asset to Balens group.
