We recently engaged this air conditioning vendor for a company installation project. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. After installation, the air conditioning units started having repeated issues. At times, the problem even affected other units, causing disruption to our operations. When we tried to raise these concerns with the owner, we were redirected to their admin team. Despite clearly explaining the situation to the admin, we were told that the issues are no longer their responsibility because it has exceeded “100 days and 6 months warranty.” However, this is misleading. The quotation only states: • 100 days warranty for installation (yet we acknowledged this) • 1 year warranty for indoor unit • 5 years warranty for compressor The installation was done less than a year ago, yet the admin repeatedly insisted on a “6 months warranty” which was never stated anywhere. When asked for clarification, our questions were ignored. Additionally, we encountered unprofessional behavior from their staff. We were even advised by their technician not to inform the boss about certain actions (removal of the aircond unit, and they will take back the old unit aircond with them), which is highly inappropriate and raises serious concerns about their integrity. Overall, this vendor has shown: • Poor workmanship • Lack of accountability • Misleading warranty claims • Unprofessional and dishonest conduct We strongly do not recommend this vendor. Please be cautious before engaging their services, especially for company or even houses.

Avoid the company whenever possible. Initially, I engaged your services to service my air-cond and repair a door knob. I was charged RM 80 for the door knob repair; however, it became faulty again less than a month later. The second service appointment for my air-cond the technician arrived 90 minutes late. I was charged RM 119 for a 10-minute assessment, which diagnosed the issue as a gas leak. To repair this leak, I have been quoted an additional RM 490. A second opinion has since confirmed that there was never any gas leak and the air-cond was fixed normally without any major issues!! This is a deceptive money-grabbing scheme!

I have been experiencing the damage of capacitor twice, and both experience with Barokah team satisfied me so much! And the appointment was set at the last slot, yet they show up very early and punctual also! Thank you barokah, keep the hardwork of yours & also kindly remain like this for a long time! 🫶

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the service provided by Barokah. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Here is a summary of the events that transpired: 1. Damaged Property: Your technicians came to service my air-conditioner and ended up spoiling it completely. I am now left with a broken air-conditioner in this hot weather. 2. Failed Appointment: I made an appointment for your team to come and assess the damage. I waited all day, but they never showed up. There was no call or message to inform me of any delay. This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. 3. Unreasonable Rescheduling: After I called to complain, your customer service team was unhelpful. They have now rescheduled the appointment for 5 days later! This means I will be without a working air-conditioner for almost a week because of your company's incompetence. This entire experience has caused me a great deal of stress and inconvenience. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism, accountability, and customer care from Barokah. I expected a reliable and professional service, but instead, I got a broken air-conditioner and a series of broken promises. I will be sharing my experience on all possible platforms to warn other consumers about your terrible service.

First time using Barokah. Very friendly reception and AC crew came on time. Job done efficiently, and crew was courteous and professional. Crew even cleaned up the place before leaving. Price charged was reasonable. I am very happy with Barokah. I will definitely use this company's service in the near future. Thank you so much, guys.😍
