Our factory has been engaging the BH team for many years, and they’ve always been excellent! Not only do they provide great servicing, but they also help us save on repair costs. Uncle Hock may look cool and serious, but he’s actually super funny and friendly 😄. The whole team is easy to work with, and their servicing really helps our airconds last longer than usual. Over the span of 8 years, Mr. Kok did many projects in our homes (both small and large) - servicing, repairs, installations, electrical work, plumbing, etc. There were times he even managed to do the impossible because the word "cannot" was just not in his vocabulary and he soon found innovative ways to tackle the issues. Mr. Kok is resourceful, very efficient and his problem solving skills are top notch! A couple of days ago, he came to do some laminating work - a painstaking job no doubt but Mr. Kok told me he enjoyed the work as it allowed him to master a different skill set; one that obviously requires patience. Mr. Kok's work is outstanding and consistently exceeds expectations with no revisions required. Most of all, he is honest and has never tried to sell me on additional repairs or materials that are unnecessary to complete the repair. In fact, Mr. Kok had, on many occasions, taken upon himself to make minor repairs as he came across them while working. His willingness to take the extra minutes prevents me from having future problems. I am sure every customer of Mr. Kok would have noticed his very trusty assistant, Mrs. Kok. She is an amazing helper who anticipates the tools he needs before he even asks. They make a good team. Best of all, they tidy up after themselves as they go along, leaving everything clean and neat when they finish. Extremely professional and very reliable! I would highly recommend Mr. Kok!
