I had a really great experience with Brillant Solar for my solar service and installation. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The installation process was smooth, the workmanship was neat, and the team made sure everything was set up properly while explaining everything clearly. A special shoutout to Raymond, the sales representative, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, provided honest recommendations, and ensured I fully understood the system and its benefits before making a decision. Overall, I’m very satisfied with Brillant Solar’s service and would highly recommend them to anyone considering going solar. Great experience, great team, and excellent customer service.

Electric bill have kept on increasing and my home happen to own two EV as well so i have decided to go for solar panel to save on electricity bill. I went online and search a few solar companies consulted with their sales consultant and compared quotations. In the end i chose brilliant solar for two main reasons, the first being their company has been doing solar panels for a long time and have established a strong presence in malaysia and secondly their sales consultant and project team experience. I want to give a shoutout and kudos for my sales consultant Ivan Lum, he was extremely patient with all my questions and answered all of them in detail. He made sure i fully understand how the system runs and also gave me honest recommendations about how many solar panels i need and whether my house needed batteries to begin with. As for the installation, everything was smooth and efficient. workmanship was perfect. the project team made sure i understand the area they will be doing the setup so that there will be no misunderstandings and explained everything clearly. I rarely do a review on google but i am very satisfied with Brillant Solar’s service and especially Ivan's support throughout the process that i have to write a five star review for them. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering doing solar panel.

I recently installed a solar system in my home, and I am extremely satisfied with both the product and the installation service. The entire process was carried out professionally, with clear explanations, timely updates, and meticulous workmanship from start to finish. Since the system was activated, I’ve noticed a significant reduction in my monthly electricity bills. The performance has been stable, efficient, and exactly as promised. Willion did a very great and dedicated job on answering all my solar queries and doubt. He even make effort to follow up on performing drone flying just to check the installation is in good position after the installation team completed their job. For the installation team, kudos for ur great quality job even there was 1 miss out on the trunking to cover 1 of the cable that was requested before and they did it on 2nd visit. Keep it up the effort as a reliable solar provider. Now the installation has been completed for almost 2 months and i have finally get my first full months TNB bill with very minimal amount to be paid. Hopefully this will be a good investment for the next 10 years.

After obtaining several quotes and comparing price points we settled on Brilliant Solar as our supplier. Michaela kept us well informed on the required paperwork right through to completion. We were also very impressed with the professionalism of the installation team. Our 13.64 kwp system is performing as promised...more so, as we do not have to worry about future electricity bills or the use of air-cons & appliances. Happy to recommend the company to anyone considering a solar solution in their home.
