I would strongly advise future clients to exercise extreme caution before engaging this contractor. My residential project has experienced significant delays far beyond the originally represented 6–8 month completion period for a bungalow. The project timeline has deviated substantially from the initial Gantt chart without satisfactory justification. Throughout the construction period, there have been repeated instances of variation orders being issued for items that, in my view, should have reasonably fallen within the original contract scope. Several of these variation orders contained overlapping or duplicative charges which required careful scrutiny and clarification. Without detailed review, it would have been easy to incur additional unnecessary costs. One particularly concerning issue involved the procurement of V-bond roof materials. The contractor had indicated from November 2025 that sourcing was in progress, yet no resolution was achieved until the end of February 2026. Out of frustration, I independently surveyed alternative suppliers and obtained a quotation within three days. This raises serious questions about coordination, supplier management, and urgency in handling project-critical materials. Progress on site has been slow at various stages, and communication often required repeated follow-ups. For a homeowner managing financing, timelines, and planning commitments, such delays create substantial stress and financial exposure. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company for residential projects where timeline discipline, transparency in cost management, and proactive coordination are critical. Future clients are advised to review contract scopes carefully, scrutinize all variation orders in detail, and document all communications thoroughly. Avoid at all cost!
