This is my review after observing for almost 2 months of the job done. Before CL Tan, i have tried another repair for 2 times but not only issue unsolved but the repairer lost contact as well. I found CL Tan thru google, he is responsive and good at follow up on the arrangement for inspection. I decided to give it a try after the inspection and he involved himself for the repair too. After a week i found it is still leaking at the same spot, but unlike the previous repairer, he respond fast in arranging another appointment to checked and rectified. Now the roof is no longer leaking.. Thanks for the good work done CL Tan, I hope you keep the quality with reasonable price and i believe your business will grow very well.

I will have to say the biggest thank you and appreciation to Mr Tan and his team, they initially did waterproofing at my house late last year, and there were some areas still having minor leaking issues. After reaching out to him, his team and him came for another inspection and did the fixes and even today when I informed him that there was still some issues, he engaged his team to come visit and do the fixes. Unlike other contractors who don’t show up post the first fix his commitment to honouring the work he has done is truly commendable. He’s also someone who provides optimal solutions for your needs and very transparent with the work and effort required for the job It’s very rare that you find an honest and reliable contractor like Mr Tan. His commitment and willingness to make multiple visits because of his work and his attitude of taking responsibility and accountability to customers who have paid him makes him a valuable contractor. I would never hesitate to engage him in the future for any repairs to any of my friends and family. In all I am very grateful to have found Mr Tan and his team for the waterproofing works at my home.
