I contacted them to check on some lighting and plumbing repair issues. However, instead of giving any rough pricing， kept pushing to get my home address. Only later did I notice from the other reviews that they likely use the “free inspection” as a way to quote an unexpectedly high price afterwards. Not a transparent experience at all — be careful before giving out your address.

Baffled by extremely rude & unprofessional Malay / Indonesian worker who came to do leak detection & repair at condo. Got mad when we asked the condo management to join the inspection so that we can determine the location of pipes & which unit they belong to. Left half way & threw tantrum said we're wasting his time cuz we got the condo management in & don't need him there. Unless u love drama & unprofessional service, forget about engaging with them

My house fuse box was down with no electricity for the entire house and needed immediate repair. Contacted this so called 24/7 professional electrical service provider hoping they could attend to my problem immediately but only to receive a couple of slow responses from whatsapp asking my address with no action whatsoever. This is one of the worst electrician that you will encounter and they have misled people with their mission statements. Bad business etiquette.
