Found them on IG and decided to engage them without any survey. Not the best in marketing themselves on social media, but definitely delivered a good job. Premium carpentry quality used. Coordination within their team superbly managed; was very carefree throughout renovation process. Turned out exactly as designed on paper, will definitely recco to friends and family.

Just want to say a big thank you to the team at Cweng Renovation for making my home so beautiful. From the design to the finishing, everything turned out even better than I imagined. They really listened to what I wanted, and gave me lots of good suggestions too. The whole team is friendly and professional especially designer Kar Meng and Mr Chin — very easy to work with. Communication was smooth and they always updated me on the progress.

This is my second time engaging a renovation company to work on my new home, and I must say the whole experience was really great. Everyone always says the renovation process is very stressful, but with their help, everything went smoothly. The team is very helpful and responsive — they always reply fast and constantly update me on the progress. Although there were some minor issues during the process, they managed to settle everything smoothly and professionally. Really appreciate their effort and patience. If I have a chance to do another renovation in the future, I will definitely choose them again. Highly recommended!😄

Not recommended at all. Reached out to the team end of May 2025. Joey and team (3 of them) arranged for site visit on early June to understand my requirements. Was promised a quotation and site plan a week later, but clearly Joey ignored my messages (refer whatsapp exchanges). If the project is not feasible by the team, should inform upfront. In the case that Joey is not around, no one else from Cweng contacted me to follow up. Can't say that Customer Service/Marketing is inactive either, social media still ongoing with insta stories posted on other site visit to date. I would not entrust my project to a company who does not have basic customer service ethics.
