We met a few IDs before deciding to go with Shawn Leow from DAA. We were very clear about what we wanted, just needed someone to assist with project. We hoped to find someone who would respect our ideas be supportive. Luckily, we found him! What made he stand out was that he understood that our priority was staying within budget while still achieve the look we wanted, he never tried to push for unnecessary ideas. As first time no reno experience, we really appreciated how patient he was in explaining things and guiding us through the process. His clear communication and planning gave us a lot of peace of mind 安全感. 🥹 Throughout the renovation, he was patient, highly responsive, proactive with updates and easy to work with even with the neighbour issues. We also appreciated DAA’s transparent pricing and how tidy the team kept the site throughout the renovation. Thankfully, there's no horror reno story! everything stayed on track for handover and even after completion, he was quick to coordinate any touch up and defect rectifications. Thanks shawn and the DAA team for making our renovation journey smooth and stress free. Highly recommend him if you are looking for an ID who is calm approach, good listener, reliable and genuinely cares about the entire process!
