I planned to do awning and i saw the ads in FB and very efficiently they contacted me for a site visit. Ken Tan suggested me to do glass awning that matches my house design. After the completion of the awning it look wonderful as suggest by Ken Tan. He is very professional and before the installation he propose everything with detail drawing. Thank you DE Skylight and Ken Tan for the hard work. Really appreciated. Thanks

I'm totally disappointed with the service from de Skylight. The job started on May 3rd, and there have been no updates on when the workers will come and fix the awning. For 2 weeks. Nothing was done.. no progress. Text the sales person but delayed respond and only reply one time. We ordered a glass awning and the size was cut wrongly. But this was kept quiet and not informed until we found out and asked. Only then was it admitted that it was done wrongly. The commitment date to replace the glass was May 30th, but up until today, there has been no update or advice on when the job will be completed on time. Again the sales person do not give any update on when the job will be completed. Today is May 29th, but no worker turn up to fix the awning. Again, there has been no update for the whole day. Customers were kept waiting. For the amount that we paid, I do not think we deserve such services from your company. We have our own renovation schedule and other contractors to complete their job after the awning is done. I am definitely unhappy about how this job is being managed. For those who wants to engage their services, please think many times. Regretted so much and should have engaged other company to do the jobs.

Fantastic service by Mr Jason and his team of installers. Accomodating and willing to custom my awning to fit around a weird pillar. The final result is excellent. Also my house is quite hard to access but the team did not complain once. Very grateful to have chosen this company and I highly recommend them.
