Renovation is a very tedious and hectic process, as everyone knows. We are truly grateful to have engaged Cheryl and the team from Dot Design to renovate our home from A to Z. Cheryl and her team are incredibly reliable and professional. After understanding our lifestyle and preferences, they thoughtfully proposed several layout designs for our selection. From design conceptualisation, material sourcing, liaising with various contractors and suppliers, handling our Taobao purchases, coordinating deliveries, to installation and assembly — they managed everything seamlessly. All we needed to do was reconfirm our selections, and they took care of the rest, giving us complete peace of mind throughout the entire journey. My husband and I basically only needed to shop for the home appliances and furniture that we were particular about, and inform them of the delivery dates. Everything else was handled efficiently and smoothly. 👍👍 They handed the house over to us after a thorough deep cleaning — we could literally move in with just our belongings. We are extremely grateful to have Cheryl and her team as our ID, and I truly recommend Dot Design to any homeowner who is looking for a stress-free renovation experience and true peace of mind.

Hired them to design, renovate, and furnish our apartment, and got a beautiful, well designed space (render vs actual for reference) in a reasonable time frame. Overall, we are happy with the service, but one thing that can be improved is the project management. We had some contractors coming in for an extra trip which could have been avoided.
