I am glad I found Dr Grout by accident, as my floors look a thousand times better. They helped me with my bathroom floor and walls, living/dining and kitchen. 1. They are professionals: Took care not to damage or dirty any area where they worked at and kept their tools neatly. 2. They were helpful and kept me updated: I needed to move in quickly and they worked alongside other contractors seamlessly. They planned the works and communicated with me everyday on what was done and what would continue the next day. They even helped me repair my floor tile that was damaged by ongoing works at my place. I would definitely recommend Dr Grout. I’ve been lucky to have many good contractors this time for my home renovation, and Dr Grout was definitely one of them.

Easily one of the best recommendation for house renovation. If you don’t wish to change ur floor tiles, Dr. Grout is the best option to go to. I can assured you will be amazed by the end product. One of the most valuable investment to make your floor tiles to look clean and classy. The end result is as good as you changing a new tile. The boss has been super friendly and very attentive to all kind of question and arrangement. Color selection were done onsite whereby they chose the color closes to your tiles and final color confirmation during the installation day. Installation has been smooth with 5-6 peoples on site. Job is completed within a day. Further touch up session were done in your own convenience. The workers have been diligent and very focus on the final outcome. Overall great experience!

I would like to share my pleasant experience with Dr Grout. They regrouted my living room and kitchen. There were some stains after the work. I called them for help and they sent their team to investigate. Even though the stains were not caused by them, they sent their polishing team to rectify the situation. Keep up the good work. I strongly recommend Dr Grout for your regrouting work.

Engaged them to regrout both bathrooms and yard. Jeremy is the friendliest person you can talk to, and answered all my questions patiently and in detail. Grouting team was also punctual and thorough. There were a few spots that couldn't dry properly due to water under the tile. The team returned two days later to redo the grout and sealed it. Amazing service! Would totally re-engage them if I buy another house lol
