I don’t normally write reviews, but I really wanted to give Jeremy, Amin and the team a shoutout because they genuinely deserve it! I decided to do the grouting quite last minute, so I was working with a pretty tight timeline, but they still managed to squeeze me in for an earlier date. I probably gave Jeremy a bit of a headache too with all my questions, late night messages, and changing my mind about which areas to do and the grout colour, but he was always so patient and quick to respond. Really appreciate it! Even at the very last minute, I was still quite unsure about the grout colour I had chosen. When I was ready to just settle for it, they actually went the extra mile and brought along more colour options for me to consider on the day itself. Since I couldn’t be there in person, Amin sent me photos and details so I could make the decision remotely. I’m really glad they did because I ended up finding a colour I absolutely love! Amin was also incredibly attentive throughout the whole process. He carefully covered and protected my foyer because I was worried about people walking in and dirtying the area before my grill door was installed. I had also accidentally left my heater and lights on but he noticed and quietly switched them off for me. It’s such a small thing, but those little gestures really stood out to me. And of course, the grouting itself turned out great! The difference was honestly quite noticeable and made the whole house feel so much more finished. Renovation can be stressful, but having people who are this patient, responsive, and genuinely thoughtful makes such a difference. Really glad I went with them. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Outstanding service. I have nothing but good to say about Dr Grout. They came and inspected my 20+ year floor tiles. They advised me that I had "loose" tiles, and to get that fixed first before re-grouting. After I had my loose tiles repaired. Dr Grout came and reinspected. And provided a very reasonable quote. Following week, over 2 days the Dr Grout team replaced the old grout. Now, my floors are like new again. Very happy with their work. No, it was not dusty. They vacuumed and wiped down all the grout lines. Highly recommended.

I am glad I found Dr Grout by accident, as my floors look a thousand times better. They helped me with my bathroom floor and walls, living/dining and kitchen. 1. They are professionals: Took care not to damage or dirty any area where they worked at and kept their tools neatly. 2. They were helpful and kept me updated: I needed to move in quickly and they worked alongside other contractors seamlessly. They planned the works and communicated with me everyday on what was done and what would continue the next day. They even helped me repair my floor tile that was damaged by ongoing works at my place. I would definitely recommend Dr Grout. I’ve been lucky to have many good contractors this time for my home renovation, and Dr Grout was definitely one of them.
