Thank you very much to the Dwell company team Vincent & Bernard technical team their professionalism and carefulness. Vincent is a very good and excellent person. He works as a sales consultant in this company. At the same time, it is very honest about product quality safety and quality assurance. The wardrobe that I had been waiting for for a long time was finally finished today. I was very happy that it was just as I expected. The team of dwell takes the installation process very seriously and is almost perfectionist😛. I found this company's product name Ximula wardrobe in a chance encounter, which was deeply attracted. you can see the newly installed open wardrobe in the picture. How luxurious and beautiful the room is. Although the board clamp is made of wooden board, at first, I was also worried that the smell of formaldehyde would make me very uncomfortable, Vincent let me know that the highest grade wood used by their wooden clips also passed the test. Until the day of installation, there was no Formaldehyde exudes smell that caused me vomiting ,headache and Dizzy, Trustworthy. The best benefits is when we move, this wardrobe can be moved away. And the color can be selected (aluminium limb and wooden board clamp depend on price ). Finally, I want to say that their product is really worth owning.

Good quality products. I have had their wardrobes for 14 yesrs & all still in good condition with some maintenance once in a while. I have also added modules over the years. I intent to move them to new apartment in 2 years' time after Jayne said that the timber floors do not have holes under the floor tracks because they use double sided tape. Vincent also was knowledgeable & experienced. & very helpful.

Thanks all Dwell team to work on my kitchen. Special thanks to Vincent, there were some critical conditions and he helped us to search the necessary spare part difficulties. His perfectionism also make sure the installation works running smoothly and nicely. Like, he requested the worker to uninstall and sent it back to the factory to fix the drawer more nicely. With Vincent, I don't need to worry any issue arise, he will help us to solve it nicely. Final thanks to Dwell workers, their whole team collaboration is truly great.

Firstly, thanks Vincent & Kurma & Labor team, they truly working in a team to make sure the installation progress going smooth and well. They didn't treat it differently even you just a "budgeted" customer. Secondly, thanks Vincent for explaining this open concept wardrobe details repeatedly, and helping me convey my message well to the Labor team & Kurma, and he also been there on the installation date to ensure all their works to fit the design draft. Thirdly, thanks Dwell Malaysia concept. They brought this big lego wardrobe concept into Malaysia, to fits your multiple living needs according to your budget. Example: adjusting the between board level, adding drawer & board, or remove the hanger bars for putting long dress and so on... Well thanks.

Been using this wardrobe brand for past 16 years. Contacted vincent for changing the current one which was unfortunately flooded by water from leaking pipe. Vincent is very attentive to customer requirement. Despite getting the right match color to fix our damaged panel. We decided to change another bathroom drawers with their new unit. The new one turned up to be good! Highly recommend their service & product!
