It was purely by chance that I came across Edge ID through a Google search while looking for an interior designer for my condo renovation. From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive and patient the team was. They took the time to listen carefully to my requirements and always tried their best to offer thoughtful suggestions to make it work, even when some of my requests were tricky. Overall, I had a wonderful experience working with Edge ID. Brendan and Nicole consistently approached the project with a practical mindset and a high level of professionalism. They paid close attention to overall workmanship and quality, ensuring the renovation progressed smoothly and that execution standards were well maintained throughout. Special thanks to Shavonne for her willingness to accommodate my requests quickly and come up with practical solutions - she was someone I could always count on. She went the extra mile to find workable solutions to meet my needs, and her collaborative approach helped bring some of my more complex requirements to life. Hao Bin and CJ played key roles in coordinating with the workers to ensure everything we planned came together as intended. In particular, Hao Bin stood out for proactively identifying issues early and offering practical suggestions, which made a big difference on-site. Overall, Edge ID’s reliability, hands-on approach, and strong teamwork helped deliver a home that I truly love. Thank you to the team for the hard work, late-night discussions, flexibility in accommodating ad-hoc requests, and excellent post-renovation support. I truly appreciate it and would highly recommend them!

It is our first time to do house renovation and no doubt selecting an interior designer and renovation company can be frightening as we heard alot of stories from friends who doesn't have good outcomes with the ID they engaged with. BUT, we're happy and thankful to be engaged and worked with Edge ID to make our dream home comes true! Below are the aspects that we are impressed with the team throughout this renovating journey:- Patience Initially, we aren't sure what kind of style or design we wanted for this dream house. Thanks a lot to Edge ID team, working everything out with us patiently from 3D drawings until the end of this project. The team great patience in listening to our requests and ideas, N times of revising the design drawings regardless to our change of mind or new inspirations and incorporated it into the drawing plan, and being patient with us whenever we have doubt in making decisions. Efficiency & Responsiveness Kudos and thanks to the team who work hard complete our project in short period of time. We started our renovation work in Sept 24 and completed the renovation in dec 24. Throughout the renovation periods, whenever we have any concern, feedbacks or requests, Brendan would always not taken the concerns lightly and immediately will come out with a solutions for the problems or issues addressed. After Sales Service After going through the renovation process, we feel that the ID company after sales service is so much as important as the renovation part. Edge ID team never fail to keep following up with us the final touch ups or defects that needed to be done.They make sure that we clients are satisfied with the outcomes and results before the final handover. Hereby, we truly want to thank all Edge ID team for their hard work, dedication and cooperation for making the entire project happened smoothly and wonderfully. Turning our home into a beautiful, classy and comfy home. Special thanks to the owner of the company Brendan who are full of experienced in this field, providing us lots of advises. Edge ID team did an amazing job with our renovation. We had a very tight deadline, but they still managed to complete everything on time while maintaining quality. The team was friendly, easy to reach, and always quick to respond — even after hours and on weekends. Communication was smooth throughout the project, and they were very transparent with pricing through clear, itemized quotations. Everything was done within budget, and the quality of the work really shows. I’m really happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy interior design team.
