Farhan was very detailed in his inspection and provided sound suggestion to tackle water leakage issue. They cover all sorts of water leakage(sewerage,internal pipes etc). Highly recommended to get their opinion regarding water leakage as they have the proper tools i.e moisture meter, thermal scanner to determine the root of the leakage

These guys are rock solid. They come 1st to investigate with drones, moisture detector, smart torchlight, they comb every inch of your floor & walls, your toilet bowls, your pipes, your taps, check leaks & measure the drips, everything that is related to the issue in question and they even interviewed you on its history to have the whole picture. I confirmed and finally coated my floor, leaky faucets, toilet bowl realignment and repaired everything possible for my two bathrooms - I am amazed and awestruck with their professionalism and dedication these guys are. I must add and proud that they are using high tech nano coating, developed locally and is thin easy to swipe off after shower. The hydrophobic nature of this coating is unbelievable next-level (no epoxy related). Glad I bumped into these company. Highly recommended - if you have leaky toilets, roofs what have you related to water, call these guys, you wont regret it.

I’ve been using EI for all my home waterproofing needs for many years, maybe a decade. First time was to deal with the leakage from the upstairs condo in my previous home. Whenever there’s a problem, as long as it’s still under warranty.. their team would come and fix it cheerfully. Even when it’s the upstairs tenant’s fault. They have such high sense of responsibility and accountability in the quality of their work. Now that I live in landed house, I also use them for all my roof and bathroom waterproofing. They are always very prompt and very professional. Even their free inspection comes with such a professional report, that’s really above and beyond my expectations. Even if the repair required is not a service they can provide, the report they did helps my plumber do a good job. Really highly recommended!

Chanced upon this company under the recommendation of another owner from the same block, as the leaking has gotten worse. From the time I contacted the boss to getting a free inspection to getting the work done, everything was really fast and smooth, except for a very small hiccup. The hiccup was immediately swept away with their professionalism. The report for the inspection and post-waterproofing is really detailed. It truly shows their professionalism and accuracy to ensure the waterproofing is done with excellence. The price might be a bit steep but I guess it's justified with the work they've put in. But more importantly, for this price without hacking the walls, and takes only 3 days to have the bathroom fully waterproofed, it's really convenient! Overall, I'm really impressed with the job they've done!
