Got the quotation from this Ipoh company. Responsive boss and hardworking can be seen. Nicely explain and he come to Penang for the estimates and site inspection, unfortunately my customer (The Owner) didn’t use their service because of The Tenant accepted the condition before renovation. No comments on the quality yet, will update again if engaged their services.

Don't use him as he is not honest. He does roof water leak job, but it continues to leak. He doesn't come back to fix.
