Energy Possible was introduced by a trusted friend who has made quite andepth research on solar panel for his home use. Soon after texting my interest, the Co key personnel responded within a few days. (I have send few enquiries to few other Cos but no response). He came to my Hse brought his drone to see the site so he can give me a better idea the available option/solution that could meet my requirements - to reduce my electricity bill. Few options were subsequently proposed with clear explanation. After I have selected a package, the person gave me a tentative duration for the entire project. The waiting time is mainly for the NEM approval frm the Authority & letter of invitation upon submission of project completion. The good part is that everything is done on line. Installation wise, it took 2 days from site measurement to commissioning. Workmanship is good and the workers/technicians are trained in Solar Panels & installation. They know what they are doing and always ask owner before the proceed from one phase to another E.g, installation of the panel holder, pulling cable, the encloser, position of the panel. All personnel that came were discipline and respect house owners. Just abt 4days ago, system has been running for abt 2 wks, suddenly the Inverter stop making electricity so I texted the Company what is happening. Within a few minutes they responded and explain what is happening & corrected they system online. It was an auto stop by the Inverter (safety features of Inverter) due to high load frm the govt power grid into the Hse. What I wanted to highlight is the quick & professional response and correcting the system online and explain to owner what it was. The Company also came & explain how to read system apps. In short, the system shows how much electricity is from the Solar PV and how much is from the government grid being consumed & how much exported to govt grid. Overall I am quite happy as I can manage my electric consumption better. I am expecting to see a lower bill at the end of this month. Lets wait & See. Thank You Energy Possible. Simon, Owner.

Wonderful experience from Energy Possible. Gave me a wonderful package to make my house solar powered. Actually installed the panels twice. First installment almost 2 years ago and second installment only recently. Very thorough, hands on from the Engineers and installed within stipulated time. My TNB bill reduced significantly.
