Had a great experience with ERZ Teguh Aircond. Afiq and Syamel were very friendly, professional, and quick with their work. They installed everything neatly and even helped clean up the mess afterward. Really appreciate their good attitude and efficient service. Highly recommended if you’re looking for reliable aircond installation service!

Really satisfied with their service. Contacted them and they responded very fast, managed to arrange the service almost immediately. Price also cheaper compared to a few others that I checked. The technician was very polite, friendly, and explained everything clearly, so easy to understand. Overall very good experience and no hidden charges. Will definitely contact them again from now on whenever my aircond needs servicing. Highly recommended!

The company needs to respect customers' time! Contexts: An aircond installation appointment was confirmed for 11:00 AM, but no one showed up and I was ghosted until 1:32 PM only they said that technician would come at 3:00 PM, again, no one showed up! Despite my dissatisfaction, I agreed to reschedule. The company then promised to arrive at 10:00 AM the next day. However, once again, no one appeared. At 10:42 AM, I politely canceled the installation. Following this, I was again met with silence and received no apology. I am deeply perplexed by the lack of professionalism displayed by this company. While I generally refrain from posting reviews on Google, I believe the company must address these issues, and potential customers should be made aware of this behavior before scheduling appointments from them.

Got a problem with my Aircond (Not cold and leaking). Contact ERZ and immediately made an appointment on the same day. Both Syamil and Afiq really helpful and informative on the problems. My aircond immediately feel super cold upon service and cleaning. Price is absolutely affordable (standard market price). Would definitely call them again to service other aircond in my unit.

Avoid this company if your time matters to you. I made an appointment for aircond servicing and used a precious day of my annual leave to wait at home. The promised time passed — no technician, no phone call, no message, no apology. When I chased them, they couldn't even give me an ETA and just told me to "wait for the call." This is completely unprofessional. A no-show with no communication is bad enough; refusing to provide an ETA after they're already late is worse. They clearly don't value their customers' time. Save yourself the frustration and book with someone reliable.
