This is our first home, and choosing Ethnic for our renovation was truly the right decision. As first-time homeowners, we had little experience or knowledge of the renovation process and what to expect. The Ethnic team was very professional and patient in listening to our needs, and they provided thoughtful recommendations and advice that worked well within our renovation budget. Throughout the renovation, we encountered a few challenges and unexpected issues. Each time, Ethnic worked their “magic” to resolve the problems and helped us achieve the results we were hoping for. Nick always listened to our crazy ideas and he helped us analysed what can work and what works better. It’s amazing when you found a designer that who is on the same page with you and have a creativeness design sense! We are very pleased with the final outcome and the quality of workmanship delivered. Even after one year, the materials and furniture surfaces are still in excellent condition. We genuinely love our new home—it is warm, comfortable, and a joy to live in. We truly appreciate the effort and dedication of the Ethnic team, Nick and Wai Kean. We would like to extend our sincere thanks for creating such a wonderful home for us.
