I had my retractable awning done a few years ago with Europe Fabric Awning, my point of contact was Ms Ally. I needed one for my car that was parked outside my porch gate. I find their workmanship and quality, second to none. However, recently I faced some problems with the retractable awning, it was clicking pretty loud during extending and retracting. I called them up again and they came immediately the next day to inspect. Some adjustments were made to the alignment and parts were lubricated. To my surprise, they did it completely free of charge. Now if you ask me, selling good and quality products as well as good workmanship is not yet complete, without a good after sales service commitment as well. Here, they have the best of both worlds, products and after sales service. Well done Europe Fabric Awning. Thank you Ms Ally for your quick response as usual. Extremely satisfied with your services. Keep up the good work!

Installed a retractable awning for my car porch 3 years ago. Eric and Ally were very friendly and explained everything clearly before the installation. Workmanship was great and I had no issues all these years. Recently a small roller part broke — they responded quickly, came over to repair and even serviced it at no cost. Very effective and reliable service. Strongly recommended!

Contacted Eric from Europe Fabric through FB ad. He was super responsive and answered all my queries and advised me on the best length for the awning. Did the survey and within a week everything was installed by his professional installers. Neat and excellent workmanship! Eric is your go to guy and I would highly recommend him. The fabric quality with UV protection makes it a good choice for cars to be parked under scorching heat.
