I’m disappointed with the service provided. After the chemical cleaning was done, my air conditioner compressor stopped working and the unit is no longer cold. The technician came back to inspect and claimed the temperature sensor was damaged. However, when I asked to check the condition of the sensor, it looked completely fine. I even tested the same sensor on another air conditioner unit myself, and it worked perfectly without any issue. The other unit is still running normally using the so-called “damaged” sensor. Only after checking with my wife did find out that the electrical board was not covered during the chemical cleaning process. When I asked for proof that the sensor was actually faulty, they were unable to provide any clear evidence and became unhappy and rude during the restoration process. At the end, the issue remains unresolved, the compressor is still not working, and the air conditioner is now completely not cold. Very disappointed with the handling and professionalism. But the 3rd aircond unit was completely fine and still working fine after cleaning. [UPDATED AFTER 3RD PARTY INSPECTION] Very disappointing experience. After the chemical cleaning service, my air conditioner compressor stopped working and the unit was no longer cooling. When I reported the issue, the technician informed me that the temperature sensor was faulty and quoted approximately RM120 for replacement. However, they were unable to provide clear evidence that the sensor was actually defective. Due to the lack of confidence in the diagnosis, I engaged a third-party air conditioning technician to perform an independent inspection. During the inspection, it was discovered that a cable near the compressor had been disconnected, which was the actual reason the compressor was not operating. Once the cable was reconnected, the compressor functioned normally again. The third-party technician also checked the original temperature sensor and found no issue with it. Furthermore, I later found that the sensor itself costs only around RM20+, which raised further concerns regarding the diagnosis and quotation provided. After I raised my concerns, the company offered to replace the sensor free of charge as a goodwill gesture and requested that I reconsider my Google review. While I appreciate the offer, by that stage I had already lost confidence in the diagnosis and repair process, and therefore declined further work and sought assistance from an independent technician instead. What disappointed me most was not only the technical issue, but also the handling of the situation. When I requested clarification and evidence regarding the alleged faulty sensor, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation. The communication during the reinspection process was frustrating, and I felt my concerns were not properly addressed. I appreciate that the cleaning work on one of my other units was completed successfully. However, based on my experience with the diagnosis, troubleshooting process, communication, and customer handling, I cannot recommend this service.
