Very unreliable, don't know how to speak to customer. Only listen to his schedule and not our availability, and don’t know how to communicate, and very late in reaponding The way he talk is rude and can’t even confirm date of delivery even when we have paid deposit. And when paid deposit no receipt was issued. He wanted to cancel our order and decided to, without notice or anything deduct RM100 from our deposit. If we did not agree, he doesn’t want to refund our deposit. No notice upfront of deduction. Really irresponsible and trying to make easy money! Find other place to do your window. really bad service! Be careful! So unprofessional!
