I had a fantastic experience with FLY TOP SOLAR’s customer service team. From the initial inquiry to post-installation support, they were responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me understand my solar options. Every question I had was answered clearly and patiently, and they went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident throughout the process. Post the installation, today I needed help reconfiguring the network connection to my solar inverter, and Eddie from FLY TOP SOLAR’s customer service team was absolutely amazing. It's been almost 2 months since the panels were installed, and I just received my first zero-TNB bill!! Didn't quite expect that, and didn't expect the system to be so trouble free either. Everything works nicely, no leaks and no issues. Kudos to FLY TOP SOLAR engineer, Encik Hariz, who patiently took us through the journey, addressing my many queries and even more changing of minds and worked out the solution that I was most happy with (I actually wanted my panels to be hidden from public view, which was a challenging task for Encik Hariz, the design engineer and the installers, but they managed it anyway with some additional tech and good design). Indeed my primary reason for choosing Fly Top Solar was because Encik Hariz was willing to take my specific constraints into account and come up with a custom solution for us.
