Had a fantastic experience with Global Aircon Service. After reaching out for a service, I was incredibly impressed that they are able to send a technician within the hour. The technician was both polite and professional, ensuring the job was done to a high standard. One of the biggest highlights was how clean he kept the area. He finished the work efficiently and left no mess behind. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. If you are looking for prompt, high-quality, and professional air-conditioning maintenance, I highly recommend their team.

Overall the aircond service was okay. The technician arrived on time and completed the servicing properly. Cooling performance improved after the service. Communication was decent and the work area was cleaned afterwards. Would appreciate a bit more detailed explanation during the inspection, but overall satisfied with the service.

Do not trust. I was given an RM80 “first-time customer” discount for aircon servicing and water leak repair, but the leak was never fixed found by another technician. When I contacted them again, they wanted to charge another RM80 and claimed they had no record of servicing my unit. Their WhatsApp messages are also set to disappear after 24 hours, making it difficult to keep a record of conversations.
