If you're still on the fence about installing solar, I was in exactly the same position a few months ago. I spent weeks researching different solar suppliers, comparing quotations, reading up on Malaysia's solar policies, calculating the ROI, and worrying about choosing the right installer. After going through all that, I'm really glad I chose GT Solar. What impressed me most wasn't just the installation itself, but how they handled everything from start to finish. Special thanks to Jason for his patience and professionalism throughout the entire process. They took care of all the paperwork and applications, including the Solar ATAP application, SuRIA Home rebate, TNB submissions, SEDA documentation, and even arranged the upgrade of my home's electrical supply from single-phase to three-phase. Throughout the whole process, they kept me updated and explained every step clearly. Honestly, the only things my family needed to provide were the homeowner's details, the necessary documents, and the payment. GT Solar handled everything else, which made the entire experience almost stress-free. Whenever I had questions (and I had plenty), Jason was always patient enough to explain the technical aspects, financial calculations, expected ROI, and the pros and cons of different system sizes. Instead of simply pushing the biggest or most expensive package, he helped me choose the solution that best suited my family's electricity usage and budget. That gave me a lot of confidence in making the final decision. The installation was smooth, communication was prompt, and the entire paperwork process was surprisingly hassle-free thanks to their team. They even help notify and apply for SuRIA the solar rebate for me, they dont have to go to that length! If you're looking for a solar company that doesn't just install solar panels but also guides you through the entire process—from consultation and application to installation and commissioning—I would definitely recommend giving GT Solar a try.

I recently had solar panels installed by GT Solar at my home and my parents house, and I couldn't be more pleased with the entire process from start to finish. I got in touch with Mr. Jason Hue and he explained the whole process and answered all my questions. The installation was completed on time, and they made sure to minimize any disruption to our daily routine. The crew arrived on schedule and worked efficiently. The installation was smooth, and the quality of the panels and materials used is top-notch. They made sure I was comfortable with the system, walked me through how it works, and gave me all the information I needed to monitor performance. I highly recommend GT Solar to anyone looking to switch to solar energy. Their expertise, professionalism, and customer-focused service made the whole experience a positive one! Thank you Jason @ GT Solar for the best service provided. Definitely a 5 star service company.
