Honestly, I don’t usually write reviews, but Aiman from Heaven Kitchen absolutely deserves one ! From the very beginning until the renovation was completed, Aiman was nothing short of amazing. He was incredibly professional, responsive, patient, and most importantly, he genuinely cared about making sure my house turned out exactly the way I wanted. What really impressed me was how Aiman handled everything. He was always available whenever I had questions, gave me honest and practical advice, and went above and beyond to make sure every little detail was taken care of. Even when there were challenges along the way, he handled them professionally and made the whole renovation process feel so much less stressful. The final result? Absolutely amazing. The workmanship, finishing, design, and attention to detail were all excellent. My house turned out even better than I expected! Aiman is honestly one of the best people I’ve dealt with throughout my renovation journey. If you’re looking for someone who is reliable, responsible, easy to deal with, and actually takes pride in his work, I highly recommend asking for Aiman. Heaven Kitchen is lucky to have someone like him in the team. Aiman, you really did an amazing job , thank you for turning my house into a home .. 100% recommended. 10/10 service. The quality of their work is exceptional, and they paid close attention to detail. They were also very responsive to my requests and made sure that everything was completed to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend Heavens Kitchen to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy renovation contractor.

The good side: They offer quality products with excellent finishing and are very attentive to after‑sales service. Alvin and Wilson showed great dedication during the installation process. They also came back to repair and fix any issues promptly. The bad side: The designer assigned to my home project had poor communication skills, lacked efficiency, and was not proactive. However, I believe this may be due to a few staff members who are less competent rather than the company as a whole.
Shoddy Work
Poor communication, unsatisfactory finishing in certain areas, and a complete lack of consideration for basic ergonomics. Worst of all, essential promises regarding timelines and deliverables were not kept. I would have been willing to overlook certain issues—especially missed deadlines—had there been consistent and respectful communication. However, the total lack of transparency and disregard for the client was, frankly, the last straw. If you value communication and quality design, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere. The one silver lining to this entire engagement is that I now have a clear understanding of precisely what to look out for to ensure I never make the same mistake again. 0/5 Stars
