I recently had Heritage Concepts install fans and additional power point in my home, and I couldn't be happier with their service! From start to finish, the experience was seamless. The team was professional, punctual, and incredibly skilled. They took the time to understand my needs and ensured everything was installed perfectly. The fans are working great, and the extra power point is exactly where I needed them. I highly recommend them for any electrical work – they truly exceeded my expectations!

I had Heritage Concepts undertake a fairly extensive renovation of an apartment in Mont Kiara, KL. (1,280 sq. ft.). The work included the total renovation of the kitchen, utility room, 2 bathrooms, new wardrobes to the bedrooms, floor retiling to the living, dining, kitchen and utility area, parquet floor grinding and polishing to the 3 bedrooms, new power points throughout, replacement of 4 air-conditioners with upgraded copper piping and 4 phase wiring, repainting the entire unit along with other work scope. The work took almost 3 months. I was very satisfied with entire process. The upfront detailed identification, recording and pricing of the individual work scopes was very thorough and professional as was the milestone billing and variation work process. The working team was very experienced and fully competent to complete and deliver a work product to a high standard. Nash (the owner of HC) was very hands on with regular site visits and excellent communication. I would certainly recommend Heritage Concepts. They are focused on professionalism and delivering a high quality product.

Selected Nash's Heritage Concepts after shortlisting a few contractors. Nash was very responsive and fast in providing the initial quotation. He also offered assurance on the quality of work, especially wet works. The renovation of my house was completed quicker than expected. Although the cost of renovation is at the higher end, I would highly recommend wet works from this contractor as these works are executed by a team of experienced workers. Post renovation support has also been excellent 👏
