The renovation they did was terrible, and their after-sales service was awful. Plus, they charged way too much for it all. They promised high-quality products in the invoice, but what they delivered was completely different and even had incorrect dimensions hidden in hard-to-find places like above the ceiling and behind walls. Isn't that just ripping people off? If I hadn't been suspicious and hired an inspector after the renovation, I wouldn't have caught all these problems. I thought paying more for a professional would mean getting a better end result and avoiding future headaches. But no, they messed up big time. And when we tried to get them to fix things, they were slow to respond, so we had to hire someone else and spend even more money. Their initial design appeared attractive, but it required hacking walls that were impossible to hack! They only informed us of this issue after the renovation had commenced for some time, demanding a change in the design. Shouldn't they have conducted all necessary inspections before finalizing the design or commencing the renovation? This oversight led to numerous alterations in the design, resulting in a final product that was vastly different from the initial plan. I can only describe the end result as dismal. It really makes me question their professionalism. In short, their design is bad, their service is terrible, and they charge way too much. The only thing they're good at is talking. I wouldn't even give them one star if I could – they don't deserve it.

From the beginning we felt very comfortable with Mr Raymond’s approach. We checked across several IDs before deciding on Hexas6 as it was the best value for money deal out there. Mr Raymond has impressed us most by giving his creative ideas and awesome design. He really listened to us and provided excellent advice.He was very professional and always made it a point to give us tips and advice about what would work best for our house. Mr Raymond was always kept the project chat updated with work and amendments. Thank you Ms Rainnie, Ms Vino and Mr Phean for the excellent team work during the Reno journey. Mr Raymond and team promptly addressed my queries or concerns regardless of day and time. Our family members and friends who came to our house have gone off with a good impression of its design and its workmanship. Thanks again for building dream homes for homeowners. A huge thank you to Mr. Raymond. A very knowledgeable person and also very helpful in designing the house. He was very clear in explaining what is needed and necessary for the renovation and was kind enough to help us with our desired designs though we requested to modify it multiple times! A very well recommended firm!
