Although there were some mistakes by the workers this time, I’m really thankful to have Danny handling this project. Kudos to Danny, he is very responsible and always provides good solutions. Their after-sales service is also commendable. They are still contactable and willing to help even after completion. Overall, a reliable company with good support, especially thanks to Danny.

I had a disappointing experience with this renovation team. I trust their promise to complete the work and hand over the house keys by 21st December 2024. Before I paid the RM2,000 deposit, they assured me of full support and constant updates, including detailed drawings, so I would feel worry-free throughout the process. However, this promise was far from reality. During the renovation period, despite the changes I communicated, the team failed to update the kitchen drawings accordingly. As a result, the cabinet measurements had to be altered later, causing further delays and unnecessary hassle. Contractor seems like keep forgetting what we have discussed. To make matters worse, there were multiple instances where the team promised to show up in the morning but didn’t turn up without any prior notice. Sometimes they promised to come at 10am, but ended up not showing up at all. This forced me to stay at the house all day, wasting my time and adding to my frustration. Since I’ve already moved my personal belongings into the house, these delays have caused immense inconvenience. The guy who install my chandelier, didn't complete the job & some part are broken during the process :( Not recommended. Be very careful when considering their services, and be extra cautious about their payment methods. Once you make a big payment, the quality of their work and commitment starts to decline. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and constant delays make me feel cheated. I would not recommend this team to anyone looking for a reliable and professional renovation service. Please think twice before engaging. Updates: If you had read my feedback carefully—and if the project lead had been honest about what actually happened—you would understand that the LED light is not the main issue. It’s just the tip of the iceberg. The real problem lies in the repeated ignorance of my requests, unanswered questions about the kitchen drawings, and continuous delays. There was often no response, no follow-up, and we were left in complete misery throughout the process. Workers promised to show up on certain dates and times, but ended up not showing at all—completely MIA. You can even see the broken pieces of my chandelier, thanks to poor workmanship. Yet the unit was still handed over to us with missing parts—and not even a single apology from the project lead. We deserve the refund as mentioned, and I’m looking forward to receiving your refund slip accordingly. This has been a truly disappointing experience from start to finish.

Hexagon Concept has met all my requirements and needs during my renovation process. They are super detailed and well oriented in their work. They also kept me updated throughout the whole process. I am especially fond of how they are able to advice me in helping me make decisions in designing and functionality for my cabinet.
