My power tripped. Mr Hassan responded immediately and changed the whole things except box. His work is very neat and clean. He is knowledgeable, humble and polite. I would use his service again.

Their responsiveness, customer-focused approach, and consistent follow-ups truly stood out. Mr. Hassan, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Despite some last-minute communication issues with my tenant, he made sure the appointment was properly arranged and attended to. He also provided timely updates, including photos documenting the job progress and completion, which I greatly appreciated. The entire process was efficient and reassuring. Without a doubt, I’ll be reaching out to them again for future household projects. Kudos to Mr. Hassan for his outstanding professionalism and dedication!

Hassan is very reliable and no job is too small for him and his team, this is something I really appreciate about them. Hassan is polite and accommodative to my requests. He is also very proactive in giving suggestions to help with the issues I face in my house. He is very responsive and punctual most of the time. What's more important is, his charges are very reasonable. I had experience dealing with quite a number of contractors, they are often late, or not bothered with small jobs at all. But Hassan is always willing to help, for that I am very thankful.
