Door paint are peeling off even when it was new, installation quality poor, door could open even when it’s suppose to be lock. Extremely poor service from the manager. Unacceptable product quality and services.

have a very bad experience with the PIC (forget to ask his name), asking for quotation as a serious potential buyer and was treated very rudely. Hopefully your company take action in term of customer service and for future potential buyer they only going to entertain you if you have a high position.

To promote their service, this company keeps tagging us on Facebook. But once we really needed the service, we were told rudely by the company that they had already quoted the price when we wanted to order. But when we wanted to check with our team and ask for the PIC name, he just said: 'Ask your team, ask your team.' No budget, please don't waste your time: the company's reply. An answer that is extremely unkind.

I want to rate them 0 star if possible. Now NO MCO why NO SITE VISIT or CHARGE RM350/SITE VISIT just to give a quote. Sales person wanted pictures and measurements from customer to provide quote. However can't understand the picture and concept the customer wanted because there's no site visit and no face to face conversation. Asking so MANY STUPID QUESTIONS because they can't imagine what to do from the pictures as per customer request. DON'T BOTHER TO CALL THEM FOR ENQUIRY, Bloody waste of time!!
