Contacted Eugene on the rain shower in my unit. Unfortunately, he was busy with other works. Nevertheless, he asked me to took photos and videos of the issue. After I did, he provided advice on suspected shower head issue and ways to resolve it. Walaa... I clean the shower head and issue is solved. No need to engage another plumber for the issue and cost me a bomb. Eugene's advice is valuable and he did it without any ask for fees and etc. Well done and definitely recommend him. Honest and helpful...

Eugene and team provided an honest and professional assessment of our shingles roofing problem. Sound technical knowledge with experiences, communicates well in English which makes dealings pleasant contrary to other experiences with contractors. Far exceeded my expectations and is my lucky find on google! Eugene helped replace our shingles roofing with metal roofing. We also got Eugene to replace all above roof pipings to stainless steel to avoid future complications. Progressive updates, punctual, trustworthy and timely completion. Highly recommended which is a rare in Klang Valley's home improvement industry.

Few other contractors failed to identify the cause of water leaks into my DB box via a conduit since Feb 2020!. Despite of his busy schedule and logistic issue, Eugene and his senior supervisor came to inspect and given their valuable opinions. Based on their professional advise, finally we are able to find the source of water seepage through the party wall, floor slab at the boxed up area. we are very pleased and appreciate very much for his generous opinions , sincere and professional. Looking forward to have an opportunity to engage him for my other house improvement job in future. Good job!
