My son engaged Wai Hong Brothers to repair roof leaks in their house in Subang Jaya. The team led that Weng Kit was professional and polite throughout. They arrived as promised, kept us informed and updated of the progress, and handled their tasks with care and efficiency. Subsequently there was a roof tile that has cracked due to old age, Weng Kit and his team came to have it replaced quickly. Truly well done, guys!

I engaged with this company to conduct roof repairs for our apartment complex due to persistent leaking in a specific unit on the top floor. The contractor Mr Leon, and his team provided excellent service. The repair work was able to start promptly (within 48 hours following site inspection) and was completed over the span of three days. Contractor was always contactable over WhatsApp and responded to messages promptly. The team was very punctual as well, often arriving on site early. The company offers a 5 year warranty for leaking post-repair, which offers a big sense of relief and security to the management committee as they would have a designated contact person who is already familiar with the repair work that has been done, to efficiently and effectively solve any leaking that arises. Additionally, the company's service team over WhatsApp was very efficient as well and responds to inquiries on the same day. Attached, before and after photographs.

My 50+ year old house roof had a mixture of worn and broken tiles and one or two leaks. A team of workers handled the job within 5 days (less time than I expected) - replacing worn/broken tiles, laying aluminum foil sheets under the tiles across the entire roof, power-washing the tiles and finally painting on the waterproof coating. Plus cleaning and waterproofing the roof slab where my water tank sits and installing new plumbing at the tank area. Thank you to the team who were very efficient and to Leon who co-ordinated everything and kept me updated with photos and videos as the job progressed. Very happy with the way the work was carried out 🙂
